Shipping Policy
Return Policy
Each print is rolled in archival glassine and shipped in a sturdy 3mm tube, before being mailed via trackable Australia Post domestically and Australia Post internationally.
For shipped orders, plexiglass is used in all frames.
Flat rate shipping is available for printed and framed orders.
For print only orders please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your framed order domestically. For international orders please allow roughy 3 weeks to receive you order depending on your location. Order time is dependent on the amount of of orders being processed and will be fulfilled as quickly as possible.
Please note: International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties / taxes and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Original Drawings:
Original drawings are non-refundable.
Drawings that have been framed for each order returns are not accept
Prints:
If your print happens to arrive damaged, returns will be accepted within 24 hrs. Please take a photograph and contact me immediately and I will rectify the problem.
